WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns on tents, awnings, roof racks, or any used or installed products. We accept returns only in cases where:

  • The wrong item was shipped (order fulfillment error).
  • The product has a manufacturer defect.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@theoutlandcollective.com to cancel. If the order has already shipped, it will fall under our Return Policy.


WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?

Inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice damage, even to the box, make a note of it on the delivery receipt. If you suspect damage but can’t inspect the item immediately, write "suspect damage" on the receipt. If the product arrives damaged, email photos of the issue to support@theoutlandcollective.com, and we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or compensation.


HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To order online, click “Add To Cart” on your chosen product and follow the checkout process. Enter your shipping and billing information to complete your purchase.


HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL SHIP?

After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your payment and shipping details. Once your order ships, a second email with tracking information will be sent. In the rare case of out-of-stock items, we’ll notify you within one business day.


WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL?

Yes, you’ll receive an order confirmation email for every purchase. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly and save the confirmation for your records.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
