SHIPPING COST

• Free shipping is available for all orders within the USA.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• If an item is in stock, it typically ships within 24-48 hours.

ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM (warehouse time zone) will begin processing the same day.

SHIPPING METHODS & TRANSIT TIME

• Large items (e.g., tents, roof racks, awnings): Shipped via freight carriers.
  • Delivery time varies depending on the location, and transit time is typically 2-7 business days.
  • Curbside delivery only (liftgate service is NOT included unless arranged separately).

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
• After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment.

ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible. In some cases, redirection may be available with additional fees.
• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
