How to Cancel Your Order

  • We will make every effort to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

  • If your order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it.
  • In this case, please reach out to us, and we’ll assist you in arranging a return. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturer defect.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items, such as tents, awnings, roof racks, and any installed or used products, are non-returnable under any circumstances.
