What if my product is damaged?

When your item(s) arrive, we recommend carefully inspecting the packaging for any signs of damage, including the box itself. If you notice damage during delivery, make sure to document it on the delivery receipt. If you cannot open the package at the time of delivery but suspect possible damage, write “suspect damage” on the receipt.
