Return Policy

We accept returns only in cases where:

  • The wrong item was shipped (order fulfillment error).
  • The product has a manufacturer defect.

For all other cases, returns are NOT accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Tents
  • Awnings
  • Roof Racks
  • Any installed or used products

Return Process for Wrong Items or Defective Products

  1. Contact our Customer Service immediately if you notice an issue upon receiving your order.
  2. If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  3. The RA# must be clearly displayed on the return package.
  4. Items returned without an RA# will not be processed.
  5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturer defect.
  6. Please take pictures of the product and any issues as we may need them for further assessment or a damage claim.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the original payment method will be credited for the purchase price, minus return shipping costs (if applicable).

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. If a courtesy refund is issued prior to receiving the item, but it fails inspection upon arrival, the refund may be reversed.
